This Privacy Policy explains how DM AI Assist ("we", "us", "our") handles your information. DM AI Assist is an independent product created and operated by Abhinay Adla under the DigiMedia brand.
1. Introduction
DM AI Assist helps users generate marketing content such as social posts, SEO briefs, ads, emails, calendars, and marketing strategies. This policy describes the information we may process when you use the service.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information (name, email address, profile details you provide).
- User-generated prompts and content you submit to the AI generators.
- AI-generated results, including history and items you mark as favorites.
- Brand Kit information (company details, brand voice, colors, logo, social links).
- Projects and workspace data.
- In-app notifications and announcements delivered to your account.
- Support messages and feedback you submit (including any screenshot you attach).
- Subscription and payment status (payment details are handled by Razorpay).
- Usage information related to your activity in the application, including AI generation counts and monthly quota records.
- Device and browser information where applicable (for security and diagnostics).
- Analytics information collected through Google Analytics 4 (see section 11).
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and improve DM AI Assist.
- To authenticate users and secure accounts.
- To generate AI outputs based on the prompts and inputs you submit.
- To process subscriptions and payments via Razorpay.
- To communicate service updates, notifications, and support responses.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. AI Services and AI-Generated Content
AI functionality requires your prompts and relevant inputs (including Brand Kit details you choose to auto-fill) to be sent to our AI provider for processing. DM AI Assist uses the Lovable AI Gateway, which routes requests to Google Gemini models. Those requests are processed under the providers' own terms and retention policies, and we do not control them. You should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information into AI prompts. AI-generated content may not always be accurate; you are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or publishing it.
5. Payment Information
Paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay. DM AI Assist does not intentionally store your full card number or CVV; that information is handled by Razorpay under their own terms. See Razorpay's privacy information at razorpay.com/privacy.
6. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and we do not guarantee that data can never be compromised.
7. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We may share information with necessary service providers such as our hosting/database provider, the payment processor (Razorpay), the AI provider that powers generation, and, where actually configured, analytics providers. We may also disclose information to legal authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
8. User-Generated Content
Content you submit (prompts, brand information, projects) is stored so that you can access it in your workspace, history, and favorites. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use.
9. Data Retention
We retain account data and generated content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Specific retention periods will be documented as they are finalized. Certain records may be retained longer where required by law (for example, limited payment/transaction records).
10. Account Deletion and Data Requests
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your profile, settings, brand kits, projects, all AI generations (social, SEO, Google Ads, email, content calendar, and marketing strategy), favorites, notifications, feedback, and usage records. If you cannot sign in, you can submit a request from our public Delete Account page, and we will verify your email address and complete the deletion, normally within 30 days. Limited payment and transaction records may be retained where required by law.
11. Cookies and Analytics
DM AI Assist uses cookies and local browser storage that are necessary for authentication and to remember your preferences (such as theme). We also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate usage, such as page views and which generators are used. GA4 sets its own cookies and may process an identifier and approximate location. See Google's Privacy Policy. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings.
11a. Notifications
We store in-app notifications tied to your account (for example, generation confirmations and product announcements from our team), including their read and dismissed state. You can control notification preferences in Settings, and notifications are deleted with your account.
12. Third-Party Services
The service integrates with third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, and AI generation. Your use of those providers, where applicable, is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
13. Children's Privacy
DM AI Assist is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
14. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
