1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals of your subscription.
2. How to Cancel
If self-service cancellation is available in the application, you can cancel from the Pricing or Settings area of your dashboard. If self-service cancellation is not yet enabled, please contact support and we will process the request.
3. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation is processed.
4. Access After Cancellation
After the paid period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan and Pro features become unavailable. Your account, generated content, projects, and history remain accessible under the Free plan's limits unless you request account deletion.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the specific policy finalized by DM AI Assist and the payment rules of Razorpay. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for issues such as duplicate charges, failed service delivery, or clear billing errors. To request a refund, please contact support with your account email and payment reference.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your Pro subscription may not activate or renew. You can retry the payment from the Pricing page or contact support for assistance.
7. Duplicate Payments
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription, contact support with the transaction references so the duplicate can be reviewed and refunded where applicable.
8. Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact support before initiating a chargeback so the issue can be resolved directly. Chargebacks may result in the associated account being suspended pending review.
